Very tasty teriyaki sauce. Sushi was really good and fresh. Love the tempura. Only criticism would be that the steak was diced very small. Otherwise, good food at a reasonable price.

Quiet, sit down restaurant. Ordered godzilla roll, CA roll, crab rangoon, chicken hibachi, and chicken bento box. We just walked up to the counter, ordered,sit down. Didn't wait very long at all. All the food was delicious and will be back.

Ambiance is average carry out atmosphere with 8 tables and chairs to eat in if you want. Nice clean restaurant with nice paintings on the walls very quiet. Service is FAST DONE IN UNDER 5 minutes. Food was excellent I had the godzilla roll very good. Daughter had the chicken hibachi she tore it up. Wife had the chicken bento box and she destroyed it very good.

Chicken teriyaki is EXCELLENT, great sushi all for an affordable price. Highly recommend.

We live in Muncie and we eat here often. It's dependable. I usually get Steak Hibachi. Last time I got Coconut Chicken and I think it needed more sauce. Why be that skimpy? Sigh. Need to find that recipe online.

Great little gem in Muncie. I had the Bangkok chicken and crab Rangoon. Very tasty, speedy service and food tasted fresh like it was cooked to order. I will be eating there again for sure.

Ninja fills the roll of faster hibachi. The shop is located in a strip mall with a limited amount of seating. The space is wide open and clean. The staff is friendly and hustles to get your food out quickly. Upon arriving you need to order first. The menu can be found on the board or in an attractive take home fold out. Prices are very reasonable for hibachi. If you dine in they do not have fountain service. We started with a order of shumai. The shumai was pan fried after being cooked. This gives them a slight crunch - which you may or may not like. The shumai tasted about like you would find at another Japanese place. It does come with a cup of soy sauce for dipping. I orders the beef bento box. This seems like a really good value considering all the cones with the meal. The two pieces of crab Rangoon were medium in size and mildly greasy. They had a nice golden color and slight crispy crunch. The inside was loaded with cream filling. Though you won't detect too much crab taste. Pretty good..and standard to what you would find at other places. The pieces of California roll were okay. They are small and lack much taste. The filling was fresh and thin in contents. Again...pretty much what you would expect at other places that do bento boxes. The fried rice was nicely cooked. It didn't have many side veggies in it - pretty much a browner style rice. The beef was sliced Nicky thin and cooked so it was moist. It carried a bit of teriyaki taste. There was a moderate amount of beef for the amount mix that was provided. The vegetables were fresh and nicely cooked with a bit of crisp.

First time in Muncie! My husband and I were looking for restaurant that close to our hotel and found good reviews for Ninja of Japan and wanted to give it a try! First of all staff were so nice! And we got our food so quick! I don't remember what he got beside dumpling, but I got Spicy Girl and Spicy Tuna. Secondly, the food was good! I love my sushi so much and definitely want mooooore! And the price was nice! I paid for my $15.5. If I go back to Muncie again, I definitely gonna have Ninja of Japan every single day.
